Step by step

Download and unzip
Click the button above, then double-click the zip. You get a folder called neon-slate-starter-agents: put it in Documents.

Open the Claude desktop app, Code tab
Claude Code is included from the Pro plan. It is not in the free plan.

Choose the folder
Pick neon-slate-starter-agents itself (the folder with README.md inside). If Claude asks whether you trust it, say yes: it is your own folder.

Type /setup
Claude shows a short form about your business. Fill it in and send it back in one message.

Type /proposal or /geo-check
Try /proposal use examples/call-notes-bakery.md, or /geo-check yourwebsite.com. Open the file it saves: it opens in your browser.

In your Downloads folder, named starter-agents.zip. Nothing is sent by email: the download is it.
- I'm on my phone
Download it on your computer: the agents run in the Claude desktop app (Mac or Windows).
- The commands don't appear when I type /
You opened the wrong folder. Choose neon-slate-starter-agents itself, not the folder around it. On Windows, Extract All adds a second folder: go one level down.
- Is my data sent anywhere?
The agents read and write files in that folder only, on your computer. They never send an email or post anything.
